Air Duct Mounting Equipment

Rectangular air duct flanges are available in 20 mm and 30 mm sizes.

MTS brand flanges manufactured by Mertes are used. Flange thicknesses are 20 mm / 0.70 mm and 30 mm / 0.80 mm. The bend where the flange joins the sheet metal is filled with butyl sealant continuously along the entire line using state-of-the-art automated machines.

The cross-section, thickness, etc. of the flange profile are left to the manufacturer in the DW 144, and the required leakage amount is determined by the performance values of the flange and the duct. Our flange production has a B Class leakage SGS test certificate and also a TSEK B Class leakage certificate. Silicone is applied to the corner pieces and flange joints to prevent air leakage. Depending on the project, red silicone resistant to 300 degrees is used.
